 Acoustic melamine foam:

1.High flammable resistance. It is no need to add flame retardant to meet to Germany DIN 4102 B1 grade. American L/L 94-96 V-0 grade of high flame retardant material standard. After contacting with fire, it can form a density layer of coke in the surface of flammable body to make flame retardant without drop, no toxic flame, and it will extinguish immediately by itself when lost fire.

2.Strong acoustic absorbing ability. The high porosity of up to more than 95% can make the sonic wave easily and effectively go through the deep layer of foam body and will be transformed to net shock which can be consumed and absorbed. It can effectively eliminate reflecting wave.

3.Good insulation. Porosity >95%.three-dimension checked structure can stop air convection and transfer.

4.Good heat resistance. It is suitable to work under 165-180°C in long period without decomposition under 165-400°C.

5.Low density. Product density is 4-12 kg/m3.it is the most light foam plastic at present.

6.Non toxic,sanitary and safety. Its stable chemical structure and cross-link system can make it quite special chemical stability. It can meet the national standard of green and environmental safety for indoor decoration, commodity and lower the traffic vehicle noise etc.
